UBC at Pridefest 2025

University Baptist Church congregants once again brought a joyful and welcoming presence to two Pride celebrations this year! We hosted outreach booths at Bloomington Pridefest on August 23rd and Spencer Pridefest on October 3rd — continuing to be one of the very first Baptist churches to show up with open arms at either event.

Our volunteers offered painted rocks, bookmarks, wristbands, candy, flags, bumper stickers, cold water for people and pets, and of course our signature free hugs, all shared with abundant love and acceptance.

A huge thank-you to Deborah and Julia for their leadership in coordinating these efforts, and to every volunteer who showed up to serve, smile, and celebrate.
