Missions Project: Monroe County United Ministries (MCUM)
Our project this year is to support the Monroe County United Ministries (MCUM) emergency services program.  We collect donations on the second Sunday of each month. In 2009, we collected 2111 pounds! As you know, need continues to be great, so we need everyone's assistance to help us make progress towards our one ton goal for 2010. We can reach 2000 lbs by collecting 167 lbs a month (or by having regular smaller donations and several really big ones). Here are the results from our 2010 donations so far:

Vacation Bible School donation - 207 pounds
July - 137 pounds = 1491 pounds so far!
