2012 Mission & Ministries Budget  

~ Pledges garnered through out Fall Stewardship Campaign will  will cover 85% of our  2012 Budget.  Yes - 85%!  We have brand new pledgers and long time pledgers who increased your gifts!  In the meantime, giving since July has been strong and generous.  We have paid off the mortgage, organized an exciting new budget emphasizing YOUTH MINISTRY & MISSIONS, and are working on plans for  major building repairs including a new roof, furnace and flooring.  
 

~ The next order of financial business?  Pay those pledges every month!  If you didn't pledge, give what you can and as the Lord leads every month.  

~ Through financial faithfulness:
  • we honor God as giver of all gifts
  • we join God as partners in kingdom work
  • we keep our promises to our church family to help pay for the ministries that benefit us and for which we are responsible.
  • we obey the scriptures
  • we discover the joy of giving 
  • we reap the blessings of giving
  • we teach our kids financial faithfulness
  • we live within our means
  • we experience financial freedom; as individual households and as a household of faith 
  • we grow spiritually

UBC Posts A Stellar 2011 Year!



Between July - December of 2011,
 together we gave just over $46,000 toward our budgeted expenses.  
Gifts to benevolence and special projects puts the total very near $50K!  
Can we do the same in 2012? 
 Absolutely - but let's do more and see what the Lord has in mind for us.

Global Women 2012

For a change of pace, Global Women will host a Coffee & Conversation drop in from 1-2 pm at the Kroger East cafe, on the following Tuesdays; January 24th, February 7th & February 14th.  Your prayers and participation are always welcome and appreciated!
